Need help planning your whitewater vacation?
We’ve put together this short rafting checklist of things to bring and suggestions to make sure you come prepared for a great time with us!
Season characteristics
Planning to come, but not sure which date is right for you? Here you can find some basic characteristics for each period.
From April to mid June:
• Big volume rivers
• Whitewater level Class 3 – 4
• High Adrenaline Pleasure
• Higer Chance of Rain
• Usually less crowded
• Still some snow on the mountains
• Lots of springs, waterfalls etc
From mid June to end of July:
• Mid volume rivers
• Whitewater level Class 2 – 3
• Mid to High Adrenaline Pleasure
• Beautifull sunny weather
• Usually crowded during weekend
• Ideal for weekdays trips
• Ideal for multiday expeditions
From August to October:
• Low volume rivers
• Whitewater level Class 2
• Amazing recreational experience
• Beautifull sunny weather, colors of nature
• Usually crowded during weekend
• Ideal for familly vacations
• Ideal for multiday expeditions
Weekends are for Parties
During the High Season (May-August) all weekend terms are usually crowded, not just with us, but in the entire area. Expect a lots of people, as well on the river as in the campsites.
Every Friday and Saturday we have live music in our restaurant, Fridays are more for Balkan style party (but without turbo folk), Saturdays are reserved for Rock and Roll. Bands are playing from cca 21.00h to 01.00h.
If you are looking for a quieter environment, we sincerely suggest weekday packages.
Recommended Gear for Rafting
What do you get from us:

What you should bring:
• Bathing suit / swim shorts
• Sunscreen
• Rashguard / sun protection shirt
• Towel and dry change of clothes
• Medicines, if you use any
• Optional: A buff or bandana
Considerations for cold rafting days:
• Warm clothes generaly
• Wool socks / wool hat
• Light wool /synthetic sweater
• Paddling jacket (light windbreaker)
• Synthetic / wool bottoms
Keep In Mind
Cotton is cold! We strongly suggest that you do not wear any cotton clothing on the river. When cotton gets wet it keeps you cold, even on a hot day it is not advised.
0% Alcohol Policy
No alcohol is permitted within 8 hours of the start of your rafting trip: anyone who has been drinking will not be permitted to raft that day.
Activity schedules, Check in & out, Working hours
For Day trips:
River activites such as rafting, canoeing, kayaking etc we organize daily at two terms: starting from 9.30AM, and 2.00PM. You should be at our rafting center at least 1h before start.
Other activities that lasts multiple hours requires you to be at 08.00AM at our rafting center.
Check in – out:
For any multi day trips & packages, or expeditions, that stars with dinner, check in is from 6.00PM, and check out is up to 11.30AM.
For other programs and activities it is usually ok to be here 1h before.
Restaurant:
- Breakfest is served from 08.00h to 11.00h
- Lunch is served from 13.00h to 15.30h
- Dinner is served from 20.00h to 22.00h
Keep In Mind
We reserve the right to change some of the listed hourly rates due to unforeseen circumstances.
Of course, we’ll do our best to inform about everything in time.
Reservation Policy
In order to successfully and safely book your program, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price.
In case of cancellation, we do not refund the advance payment. The paid arrangement can be used during the current season at another time, if the cancellation is announced at least 15 days before the arrival date.
If the arrangement is cancelled:
- 15-5 days before the announced arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged,
- 4-1 days before the announced arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged,
- 1 day before the announced arrival as well as no show, 100% will be charged.
