TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OPERATION
Passengers must be in an optimal condition to fully carry out the activities. Exploring the area involves the usage of small motorized boats, and sometimes it may be necessary to make moist landings. Daily excursions may include walking on uneven terrain and embarking and disembarking boats occasionally requires a certain amount of physical effort. Hiking activities can last up to an hour. Malaria and yellow fever vaccines are not required for travelers visiting the region, but are advisable.
We recommend that passengers purchase a cancellation insurance that will reimburse you for the cost of airfare and other non-refundable payments. International medical insurance, baggage loss and delay are also recommended.
If you miss the tour due to a cancellation of your flight caused by bad weather, we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of the reservation; however we will help you as much as possible to change the date of the reservation.
VISIT OF COMMUNITIES AND SHAMAN
Scheduled visits on the different itineraries are within a protected area, and visitors must comply with local regulations. Naturalist guides will inform passengers of such rules. Organizers reserves the right to deny access to these areas to any passenger who ignores or breaches these regulations; or verifying the availability of the community.
In confirmations sent to organizers, any dietary specification of the passengers must be reported. Every effort will be made to meet the requirements of travelers. These will be subject to the availability of products in the area. In case you do not send the restrictions, Samona Lodge will assume that passengers have a normal diet.

Our program is designed so that during 12 days you can make the most of your time in Ecuador knowing much of the mountain range of the Andes and the heart of the largest forest on the planet. During this tour you will learn about South American civilization, the diversity of peoples in Ecuador, the culture of the Andes and the Amazon jungle, typical meals, customs, natural wonders and its National Parks.
The main characteristic of this dynamic tour is that during 12 days you will do many activities such as hot springs, canoe, bird watching, animal watching, rafting, horseback riding, observe plants, flowers, butterflies, waterfalls, canyons, lagoons, rivers, mountains, volcanoes, exotic fruits and vegetables, crafts among many other things.
The difficulty of the tour is normal. The activities during the day begin after breakfast and end at approximately 4pm.
The tour is always accompanied by a guide who speaks in English. Breakfasts are always included. Lunches and dinners depending on the specific day. The accommodations where we will rest vary according to each day and in all cases are comfortable rooms with private bathroom, wifi, rest areas, restaurant, laundry service and breakfast included.Transfers are always included in excellent vehicle.

Papallacta hot springs
Travel from Quito to Lago Agrio. We will visit the hot springs of Papallacta on a route that begins in the high mountains of the Andes reaching the heat of the Amazon jungle. We will travel from Papallacta to Lago Agrio (Small town heading to the jungle).
Cuyabeno Amazon joungle reserve
Private land transportation from Lago Agrio to El Puente. Canoe trip down the Cuyabeno river to our lodge. Lunch. Visit the Laguna Grande to swim and enjoy the sunset. Dinner. Exciting night walk.
Cuyabeno Amazon joungle reserve
Breakfast. Paddle in a traditional canoe on Laguna Caimancocha to enjoy the uniqueness of nature. Lunch at the camp. Hike in the primary forest including lessons on the use of medicinal plants for survival. Before returning to camp, relaxing time in the Laguna Grande, where you can swim and enjoy the sunset. If conditions permit, you may be able to see pink dolphins. Return to lodge. Dinner.
Cuyabeno Amazon jungle reserve
Breakfast. Visit the Community Siona Tarapuy where the naturalist guide will explain about the culture and traditions of native people. Lunch. Walk. Return to camp. Dinner. Night canoe expedition in search of alligators.

Rafting Hollin IV Jondachi Hollin rivers + Canyon
The best way to get to know Tena is through its rivers with all its invaluable natural riches. It is a great day that we will start early with a small trekking through the jungle visiting a large canyon with waterfalls and then begin to enjoy the best rafting of Ecuador. The first river is called Jondachi, then joins the Hollin River to live for 38 km a magical journey through the jungle surrounded by green colors, waterfalls, good rapids and living nature.
Pailon del diablo Waterfall – City tour Baños
“Pailon del diablo´´ is the most impressive waterfall in Baños Ecuador and the region, is approximately 100 meters high. This beautiful and impressive waterfall called Pailon del diablo has three waterfalls. The tourist town is located in a valley with waterfalls and hot springs next to the Tungurahua volcano with a height of 5,016 meters.
Baños has a population with 20,000 inhabitants, is at a height of 1,826 meters and has average temperatures of 20 ° C.

Travel from Baños to the Quillotoa Volcano. View of the crater. Walk down to the volcano lagoon. Kayak in the lagoon and return to the base on mules. The accommodation is in a hotel located a few meters from the crater of the volcano.
Horseback riding in the Andean Mountain Range and Quito Night City Tour
On this day we will enjoy life in the Ecuadorian mountains. It is an excellent ride on horseback through the Cordillera de Los Andes for unique landscapes and we will learn for a whole day about culture, tradition, typical foods, horses and ansestral customs. We will have the opportunity to sleep in a colonial country house sharing with the local people different experiences.
